Kopafilm Elektrofolien GmbH started in 1980 with the production of biaxially oriented Polypropylene film (BOPP Film) to complement the capacitor paper production.

The finished goods of today's KOPAFILM ELEKTROFOLIEN GmbH are used predominantly in the capacitor industry but also the packaging area uses the very thin and highly transparent film grade to enhance high quality products.

On two lines we produce annually around 3,000 tonnes of the thinnest BOPP-Film for supply to customers worldwide.
